I bought this 3 days ago, and noted that the manual had a red stamp that stated the unit was "Sold as is". Also, the battery life was very short, average 1 hour use. I inspected the battery closer and saw that it was a old used one. Although when I bought it, it was listed as "Brand New". Other than that, it was a bargain for the screen size vs. price and the features were excellent.
