What a piece of junk ! Only plays about 1 out of 2 DVD's and even then skips and jumps and freezes erratically. Battery power is good at 3.5 hours, but try buying spare batteries anywhere other than calling Audiovox on the phone, waiting on hold for a while, and getting surly service!Don't be fooled..

I have also been through an exchange and neither of the players worked properly. They skipped, froze, even grinded at times, regardless of the DVD that was played. Most of the problems seemed to occur after it had been playing for awhile...almost like it was overheating. It's very disappointing....
