anyone else getting background graphic on screen???

Just purchased this and it was a lifesaver for a long car ride with a 15-month old. However, there is a faint logo on the screen that reads "Western Hero." When the screen is dark it's not visible. This is there no matter what disk we put in. It's driving us crazy--we have no idea what this means. It seems to be permanently imprinted on the screen. We will most likely be returning it since it is flawed.
