Player is unreliable - do not buy!
The player does not always load the DVD's. And it never fails that part way during the movie, it will stop playing, get stuck on a scene, and never start again. It is completely unreliable. Sadly, I did not start having serious problems with it until after the warranty was up. I've only had it 6..

Important info if you want to use this product abroad
I bought this player elsewhere for a trip to the UK and had to return it same day - the transformer is 110v-120v only so you can't recharge the battery in Europe where the voltage is 220-240v. Not all brands are the same. I found the same problem on an Audiovox model but the Apex model I looked at..
