I got this DVD player for X-mas, it broke less than a month after that. Luckily Best Buy replaced it for free. Then 4 months later the remote stopped working, this was not that big of a problem for me because I don't use it very often. About a month after the remote broke the player stopped working altogether. I called Polaroid today to get a replacement and I was told that there are two warrenties. The one on the box for parts (1year) and the one not on the box (90 days). Unfortunatly when you ask for the parts you are told that you can't have the parts, Not only can you not have the parts but you can't even buy them. Your only options at this point are to give them $50 dollars for "Labor" or nothing. At least she was polite about telling me I was SCREWED.
