Had problems with the first one, but the second one was great!

Well, I purchased this model after reading so many good customer reviews. I thought I had done a good job researching and was sure that I wouldn't be disappointed. I was wrong. The DVD player I received had three things wrong with it.
1) It had a dead pixel.
2) It made a lot of noise when the DVD was loading
3) When I plugged my headphones in all the way I only got audio through one channel. I could only get audio in both channels if the headphones were plugged in halfway.
So, I exchanged it for a new one. Success! The second one didn't have ANY of the problems the first one had. The screen was clear with no dead pixels, the player was much more quiet while loading DVDs and I got audio through both channels when the headphones were plugged in all the way. I have to say, I'm glad I took my chances on a second one. I'm very happy now.
